Timeline: the Director brought me on as a consultant to architect the player data tracking and output in Nov 2024. Early 2025 I shifted to CTO and Principal, developing alongside another developer to bring the early alpha version into the hands of our clients with 1 training and assessment case by March. Between March 2025 and Dec 2025, I led the development of 3 full cases (training sim and tracked assessment) in multiple languages, with a modular case system that allowed rapid iteration of new case content.
